Our Approach
All of the children in our care are active, inquisitive learners who thrive in all areas of learning and development. They are all happy, confident and safe within our environment and this in turn helps them to be motivated and eager to actively participate in and enjoy the activities and experiences offered to them. Our Pre School aspires to make our children confident and self-assured. The essence behind this is the excellent support and encouragement they receive from our Pre School staff.
Creating the perfect environment for growth
As a team of staff, we place the happiness and welfare of the children at the heart of everything we do, as well as encouraging the children to play their own dynamic role within our Pre School. We all draw on our great enthusiasm in working with children. We use a wealth of experience to plan an extensive range of opportunities and activities, which are organised around various themes of interest that have been chosen by the children. A close and caring relationship with all our staff increases each child’s sense of trust and helps them develop a strong sense of self-worth. Children make excellent progress because we recognise all their individual needs and uniqueness.
Communicating with parents and carers
Our Pre School demonstrates an extremely effective partnership with parents and carers and many outside agencies to fully promote the well-being of all children. Parents are informed by email of our ongoing focuses and events throughout the term and we have a twice weekly email called 'Ask me about…' that helps parents communicate with their children at home about their day. Parents are very complimentary of our Pre School, and love the friendliness of the staff, the homely environment and feeling so involved with their children's learning and development.

We fully appreciate that choosing a pre-school for your child is an incredibly important decision. We do not take lightly the trust that parents place in us when leaving their child in our care. Most parents come to us having being recommended by those who have attended our Pre School in the past or those currently with us, and we feel that this is the best testament to the standard of care we provide.

It’s a credit to the whole team that the children have always been excited each and everyday to attend school and have built up great long last relationships with both friends and the staff.
